Willcox made a statement some time back that their best hope was to get to the High Court.He said they looked at cases like this in a more favourable way than the Supreme Court.Are they just picking their way through a minefield? If so,then as you say,their next move is really tricky. Seems to be like entering a casino,you know the odds are all stacked in favour of the house.
