  2. Gail McGowan is a very poor liar. She's still saying the reason the gas cannot be piped anywhere other than Prices Point is it would cost too much. But Inpex pipes theirs nearly 1000klm to Darwin.John Day and the Premier say it must go at Prices Point because the Aboriginals must have jobs.Even though the KLC,and many others, know this will not be the case, this was on Kimberley Radio this morning.Woodside could do what Inpex/Total are doing and strip out the condensate at the well with simple floating technology, and just pipe the gas south. This also saves money by not duplicating infrastructure. So why don't they want this?A couple of years ago I asked someone on the TONC,and got this answer,"It can't go anywhere else because there is so much gas in the Canning Basin, and they have to pipe that somewhere".So the fraccing of the country from Derby out to Fitzroy Crossing is one reason. And this conversation left me in no doubt that the KLC had already made up their minds that the coal, and all that goes with it,had already got the nod from them. Then we have Barnett and his big plans to dig up everything in WA,including all the Kimberley.Voelte, must have his stand alone dream to elevate Woodside into the mega league.Ferguson hell bent on development, regardless of the damage. The Federal Environment Minister, whoever that might be,must,as Garrett used to say,be a team player. So that leaves poor old Prices Point at the mercy of all these powerful interests all hell bent on destruction. We,the people who can see a better way,are going to have to be very strong and totally committed to defeat these evil doers.Yes,prayers and praising the Lord do help.A lot!

  5. Both the above links refer to massive skilled migration for WA projects.

  6. I don't see that the KLC have anything to do with "giving the nod" to coal etc...

I may be wrong, but Native Title Holders and Claimants have no right to veto mining projects.

claimants may object and this will go through the tribunal or federal court for a decision.

As for your point re inpex, you may be right. FLNG may be the best option, however not being privy to the maths and costing, I think you are overreaching your logic by saying that because Inpex can afford it then Woodside can afford it.

    Just some thoughts.
